Nothing beats the yummy wholesome goodness of the cookies that are made with love! With a punch of the fruity flavour of Del Monte Blueberries in your sweet treat, let your loved ones know how much you care.

1 and 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 Eggs
2 tbsp vanilla essence
3 cups oats
1 cup Del Monte Blueberries
2 tsp salt
4 tsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees C.
  2. When the oven is warm enough, adjust the oven racks to the middle position and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Grab a small bowl and whisk up the flour, baking powder and set it aside.
  4. Cream together the butter and sugar with care until light and fluffy.
  5. Time to beat in the eggs! Go slow though, adding them one at a time.
  6. Go on and add the aromatic vanilla essence.
  7. Bring all the elements together. Stir in the flour mixture, oats and blueberries with a rubber spatula. Those Del Monte Blueberries will surely add a flavourful pop. Use 2 full tablespoons per cookie.
  8. Roll the dough into balls and place them onto a cookie sheet, placing them at least 2 inches apart. They’ll need some room to grow.
  9. Bake until the cookie edges are just turning golden brown. Hold on. Just 20 more minutes and your heavenly cookies will be done.
  10. Let the cookies cool down on the baking sheet and then transfer to a wire rack.

Pure culinary love is ready to be served. Keep what you can’t finish in an air tight container.
