Burnt Garlic Schezwan Fried Rice
Make burnt garlic schezwan fried rice with gram rice, green capsicum, beans, carrot, green chili, garlic, spring onion, refined oil, soya sauce, and Del Monte tomato ketchup.

- Heat refined Oil in a wok add chopped garlic saute till it is golden.
- Add green chilli and saute it for 20-30 seconds then add chopped carrot, capsicum,beans & stir fry it on high flame.
- Add Del Monte Schezwan Sauce, Soya Sauce,Green Chilli Sauce, and toss for a minute. Add boiled rice correct the seasoning. Toss on high flame.Garnish it with chopped spring onion and serve with Del Monte Tomato Ketchup.
