Chilli Garlic Olives 

Make this delicious appetizer chili garlic olives with Del Monte Pitted Black olives, Del Monte olive oil, garlic cloves, red chili flakes, lemon juice, salt, and lemon zest. Enjoy the olives with whole wheat crackers.


1 cup Del Monte pitted black Olives drained
4-5 garlic cloves
2-3 red chillies sliced (fresh or dried)
2-3 sprigs rosemary cut ( fresh or dried)
2 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
½ cup olive oil


  1. Stir all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Cover and marinate in a cool dark place for at least 24 hours.
  3. You can keep it in a glass  jar.
  4. Serve on its own or with cheese and crackers.
