Chilli Garlic Olives
Here's a quick and appetising antipasto for a Mediterranean inspired meal. These Chilli Garlic Olives, packed with the distinctive taste of Del Monte Olives, can also be served as a starter with a cheese platter, along with crackers. What's more? It's an easy-peasy 2 step recipe.
Ingredients
4-5 | garlic cloves |
2-3 | red chillies |
1 | cup Del Monte Pitted Black Olives |
1/2 | cup Olive Oil |
2-3 | sprigs Fresh Rosemary |
2 | TBSP Lemon Juice |
1/2 | TBSP Salt |
1/2 | TBSP Lemon Zest |
Method
- Simply stir all the ingredients with the main ingredient, Del Monte Olives,in a mixing bowl.
- Cover and marinate in a cool dark place for at least 24 hours for all the flavours to blend. You can even keep it in a pretty mason jar.
