Chilli Garlic Olives 

Here's a quick and appetising antipasto for a Mediterranean inspired meal. These Chilli Garlic Olives, packed with the distinctive taste of Del Monte Olives, can also be served as a starter with a cheese platter, along with crackers. What's more? It's an easy-peasy 2 step recipe.


4-5 garlic cloves
2-3 red chillies
1 cup Del Monte Pitted Black Olives
1/2 cup Olive Oil
2-3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/2 TBSP Salt
1/2 TBSP Lemon Zest


  1. Simply stir all the ingredients with the main ingredient, Del Monte Olives,in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Cover and marinate in a cool dark place for at least 24 hours for all the flavours to blend. You can even keep it in a pretty mason jar.

Ta-da! It’s ready to be served! Enjoy it onits own or savour with cheese and crackers.
