Here's a quick and appetising antipasto for a Mediterranean inspired meal. These Chilli Garlic Olives, packed with the distinctive taste of Del Monte Olives, can also be served as a starter with a cheese platter, along with crackers. What's more? It's an easy-peasy 2 step recipe.
|1||cup Del Monte Pitted Black Olives|
|1/2||cup Olive Oil|
|2-3||sprigs Fresh Rosemary|
|2||TBSP Lemon Juice|
|1/2||TBSP Lemon Zest|
- Simply stir all the ingredients with the main ingredient, Del Monte Olives,in a mixing bowl.
- Cover and marinate in a cool dark place for at least 24 hours for all the flavours to blend. You can even keep it in a pretty mason jar.
