Chocolate mediants 

Bite-sized puddles of dark chocolate studded with hearty textured Del Monte Cranberries and Blueberries. Whip up a fresh batch to indulge in over the winter.

Ingredients

1.5 cups cubed Dark Chocolate
10-12 pcs roasted and cut Almonds
1/4 Cup Delmonte dried cranberries
1/8 Cup Delmonte Dried Blueberries
6-8 finely Chopped Pistachios
20 thin slices Khus khus for sprinkling Fresh Coconut

Method


  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave it at 15 seconds intervals till melted .
  2. Place parchment paper on a baking tray and spoon the melted chocolate into circles onto it.
  3. Make 5-6 discs and add the nuts and berries before the chocolate hardens. 
  4. Leave it to set for around an hour at room temperature 
  5. Delicately take them off the parchment paper and serve. You can also store these in an airtight container and keep them for up to a week.
