Citrus Marinated Olives

Make this easy and delicious summer appetizer with Del Monte pitted olives, orange juice, Del Monte extra-virgin olive oil, and red chili flakes. Store refrigerated in a jar and use as required.


1/2 Cup Del Monte Pitted Green Olives
1/2 Cup Del Monte Pitted Black Olives
1/4 Cup Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 whole orange
1 TBSP red chilli flakes


  1. Cut the orange into two equal halves.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half the orange.
  3. Cut the remain half into thin slices along with the peel.
  4. Combine orange juice, wedges, olive oil and chili flakes in a jar.
  5. Close the lid of the jar. Shake it to emulsify the dressing.
  6. Add the olives. Shake the jar gently once to coat the olives with the dressing.
  7. Keep in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
