Overnight Coconut Milk Oats with Fruit Cocktail 

An absolute treat for your tummy, quick to make and a healthy snack, this dish has got it all. With a punch of powerful flavours in the Del Monte  Fruit Cocktail, combined with overnight coconut milk oats this dish is an absolute favourite without being too extravagant.

Ingredients

1 cup Instant Oats
1 cup Coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup water
2 tbsp Honey
1/2 cup del monte fruit cocktail

Method

  1. Firstly add oats, coconut milk, vanilla extract and water in a bowl.
  2. Then mix them well and keep it in the fridge overnight.
  3. Next morning remove the bowl from the refrigerator.
  4. Drizzle honey on top of it.
  5. Time for the star ingredient to take over the bowl, garnish the dish with Del Monte Fruit Cocktail.

Wait no more, just take your spoon and dig in.
