Corn Pepper Fry

Make corn pepper fry with Del Monte whole corn kernels, Del Monte schezwan sauce, capsicum, spring onion, Del Monte Tomato Ketchup, Del Monte Green Chili Sauce, refined flour, and soya sauce. 


400 ML Refined Oil
2 TBSP Del Monte Tomato Ketchup
10 ML Soya Sauce
1 TBSP Del Monte Green Chilli Sauce
1 TBSP Del Monte Schezwan Sauce
15 Gram Corn Flour
50 Gram Refined Flour
2 Gram Green Chilli (Chopped)
15 Gram Onion (Dice)
25 Gram Capsicum (Diced)
5 Gram Garlic (Chopped)
5 Gram Spring Onion (Chopped)
- Water As Required
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
120 Gram Del Monte Whole Corn Kernel (Drained And Soaked On A Towel)
- Water As Required
- Salt And Pepper To Taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl mix together cornflour,refined flour, salt & pepper, water to make a semi thick batter.
  2. Heat  Oil in a wok. Dip the corn kernels in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  3. Heat 2 Tsp. of  Oil in a wok. Add garlic and sauté till translucent then add onion,capsicum,greenchilli and sauté for a minute. Add  Soya Sauce ,Del Monte Tomato Sauce, Schezwan sauce, Green chilli sauce, and mix well.
  4. Add the fried  corn kernels and toss it on  flame, correct the seasoning. Serve hot garnished with spring onion.

Chef's Tips: Don't over cook corn kernels as it will turn mushy and lose its flavour.

Variations: You can make baby corn in Del Monte Momo Sauce
