Cranberry Orange Scones 

These crumbly scones with a pop of Del Monte Dried Cranberries are so devilishly delicious. Especially, when the orange glaze soaks into all the cracks and gives you a citrusy blast in every bite!


2/3 Cup milk
2 Cups All purpose Flour (Maida)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
40 gm Cold Butter (cubed)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp orange zest
1/2 cup Del Monte Dried Cranberries
1 tbsp milk (to brush on top of scones)


  1. Start by getting the dough ready. Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar  together. 
  2. Then, use your hands to break in the cold butter. Brr!
  3. Make a small well in the centre and add some milk to the cavity. 
  4. Time to add the zingy orange zest and mix until it’s nicely blended.
  5. Let’s bring in the star of the show! Transfer the dough on a lightly floured surface and add DelMonte dried cranberries on top. 
  6. Use your hands to slightly flatten the dough.
  7. Now using a cookie cutter cut out the scones carefully and brush the top with some milk.
  8. Bake at 200 degrees C for 12-15 minutes and you’re done! It’s that easy.
