- Cut each bread in 1/2 " squares.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on bread and mix them well. Make sure they are evenly coated.
- Now place a deep bottomed pan over a medium flame and heat pomace olive oil in it. When the oil is hot enough, add bread pieces in oil and fry till golden brown and crisp.
- Transfer the croutons in a plate lined with absorbent paper to soak the excess oil.
- Mix croutons with corn kernels and arrange it on a plate. Drizzle with tandoori spread & mayonnaise on top of it.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
Chef s Tip: You can mix the croutons with the sauces as well and serve.
Variations: You can use Pizza Pasta Sauce to top it on croutons as well. For garnish sliced olives also can be used.
