Enjoy spicy and crispy Honey Chilli Potatoes from the comfort of your home with Del Monte. These can be prepared with ease and can be paired with any main course.
|150||Gram Baby Potato (Boiled)|
|10||Gram Garlic (Chopped)|
|2-3||Gram Green Chilli (Chopped)|
|30||Gram Refined Flour|
|15||Gram Corn Flour|
|30||Gram Onion (Diced)|
|20||Gram Green Capsicum (Diced)|
|10||Gram Spring Onion (Chopped)|
|2||Gram Sesame Seed (Garnish)|
|1/4||TBSP Soya Sauce|
|1/2||TBSP Del Monte Schezwan Sauce|
|1/2||TBSP Delmont Green Chilli Sauce|
|1||TBSP Del Monte Tomato Ketchup|
|400||ML Refined Oil|
|-||Salt And Pepper To Taste|
- Take a bowl add refined flour,cornflour,seasoning & water to prepare the batter.
- Cut the boiled baby potatoes into halves, then coat them in batter & deep fry in Del Monte Pomace Olive Oil.
- Heat a Tsp. of refined Oil in an another wok add chopped garlic, green chili & sauté it for 30 seconds. Add onion ,capsicum and toss it for 2 minutes then add Del Monte Soya Sauce Del Monte Tomato Ketchup,Schezwan SauceGreen Chilli sauce, honey, fried potato, add cook it on high flame. Correct the seasoning.Garnish it with spring onion and sesame seeds.

Chef's Tips: Do not add to much sauce as it will soggy the potato.
Variations: You can add rice flour to get crispy and crunchy potato.
