Need a quick bite that’s light on your stomach and tasty too? Let this refreshing salad be your saviour. The easy-to-make Del Monte Farfalle Pasta blends perfectly with the juicy orange. Because of the pasta’s pretty bow-tie shape, this dish is a feast for the eyes too!
|1||small onion (sliced)|
|4-5||lettuce leaves (torn)|
|2||cup Del Monte Farfalle Pasta|
|1/2||cup mix Capsicum Of All Colours (Sliced)|
|2-3||TBSP Sunflower/Melon Seeds (Optional)|
|1-2||TBSP Del Monte Olive Oil|
|1||TBSP Red Chilli Flakes|
|-||some Fresh Herbs For Garnish (Mint, Basil Etc)|

- The star makes a grand entry right at the start. Boil the Del Monte Farfalle Pasta till it is al dente and keep it aside.
- When that’s done, move on to the dressing. Whisk together the honey, lime juice, chilli flakes, and olive oil. Don’t forget to add a pinch of salt too.
