Honey Mustard Rainbow Bowl

A colorful burst of freshness in every bite! Crisp veggies, creamy sautéed paneer, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds come together in a vibrant bowl, all topped with a tangy, spicy Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing.

Ingredients

1 Lettuce
1 Cucumber, sliced
1 Yellow zucchini, cut in strips
1 cup paneer, cubed
1 cup purple cabbage
4-5 black olives
- Handful microgreens
1 TSP White sesame
1 tsp oil
1/2 cup Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 TBSP Chili Flakes
1 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method

 
  1. Mix together all the ingredients of the dressing and whisk till smooth. Keep aside  
  2. Heat oil in  a pan Saute paneer. Keep aside  
  3. In a large bowl, spread the lettuce leaves and add in cucumber, zucchini, paneer, cabbage,olives , microgreens. Sprinkle sesame over it.
  4. In a bowl, mix Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing, lemon juice, chili flakes,  olive oil and salt and pepper and drizzle it over the salad and mix well.
  5. Serve immediately
