Honey Mustard Rice Cutlet

A crispy, golden exterior and a flavorful, savory filling—these Honey Mustard Rice Cutlets are the perfect fusion of comfort and spice. With a hint of sweetness from Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing, every bite is a delightful surprise!

Ingredients

1 ½ cup leftover rice
1 cup paneer cubes
1 medium beetroot , boiled
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp jeera powder
1 Green Chilli Chopped
1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Salt To Taste
- Oil for Pan frying
- White sesame and mint leaves for garnish
¼ cup Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing

Method

 
  1. In a bowl, mash together rice, paneer, and beetroot.
  2. Add in crushed peanuts, garlic powder, ginger, jeera powder, green chili, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.  
  3. Made round shapes and keep aside.
  4. Heat a pan and drizzle oil for pan frying.  
  5. Pan-fry the cutlets on medium flame.
  6. Garnish and serve with Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing.
