Honey Mustard Smashed Potatoes

Crispy, golden smashed potatoes with a burst of flavor! Tossed in olive oil and baked to perfection, these potatoes are drizzled with Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing and garnished with rosemary for the ultimate bite. 

Ingredients

12-15 pcs baby potato
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp seasalt
- Butter As Required
- Rosemary for garnish
¼ cup Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Method

 
  1. For the honey mustard dressing, mix Del Monte Honey Mustard, soy sauce and lemon juice.  
  2. Boil baby potatoes up to 1 whistle. Once the steam is completely out, open the cooker and let the potatoes cool for 10 mins 
  3. Then toss the potatoes in olive oil and smash using the back of a bowl into ½ inch thick pieces. The thinner you smash your potatoes, the crispier it is. 
  4. Place these smashed potatoes on a baking paper and sprinkle Italian seasoning, sea salt and chili flakes. 
  5. In preheated oven, bake this at 200 degrees for 30-35 mins till golden brown.  
  6. Drizzle the honey mjustard dressing all over the potatoes and garnish with rosemary. 
  7. Serve immediately.
