Honey Mustard Sundried Tomato Dip

This creamy, tangy dip blends the richness of paneer with the sweet, zesty kick of Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing and sun-dried tomatoes. Perfect for pairing with crispy lavash, melba toast, or your favorite crackers!

Ingredients

1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
1 cup paneer
1/2 cup Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing
1 TBSP chopped garlic
1 TBSP Vinegar
1 tbs Del Monte Extra Virgin olive oil
1 tbs chopped basil
1 Cup Red Bell peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method

 
  1. Soak sundried tomatoes in warm water for half an hour. 
  2. Now blend sundried tomato, paneer, Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing and garlic together in a mixer until smooth. 
  3. Now mix all the other ingredients. chill. 
  4. Serve with lavash and melba toast or any other cracker of your choice.
