Mexican corn salsa

In the mood for street food but don't want to step out? Whip up this wonderful Mexican Street Corn Salad made of crunchy and flavourful Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn and Creamy Mayo with a dash of smoky seasoning. The best part? It just takes 15 minutes to make!


4 TBSP Del Monte Eggless Mayonnaise
2 TBSP Coriander Finely chopped
4 TBSP Del Monte Eggless Mayo
1/2 Jalapeno, Sliced ( Optional)
4 Cloves Garlic Minced
250 gram Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn
2 TBSP Red Chili Powder
1/2 TBSP Smoked Paprika
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt To Taste


  1.  Let’s start with the star of the show! Warm up the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the crunchy Del Monte whole kernel corn for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once done, set it aside.
  2. Time for the mayo mix! In a bowl, mix mayo with jalapeno, coriander, minced garlic, salt and lemon juice till well combined.
  3. Add the sautéed corn kernels to the mayo mix for a mouth-watering combo. Refrigerate the salad till chilled.
  4. Now just put the mixture into your favourite bowl and sprinkle some smoked paprika and chilli powder on top.

Sit back and munch on!
