MIX VEGETABLE DUMPLING IN DEVIL SAUCE 

Prepare the mix vegetable dumplings in devil sauce after adding a lot of fresh veggies, salt and pepper. Enjoy them hot with chilli sauce. 

Ingredients

1 TBSP Del Monte Green Chilli Sauce
2 TBSP Del Monte Tomato Ketchup
400 ML Refined Oil
1 TBSP Del Monte Brewed Vinegar
1 TBSP Soya Sauce
15 Gram Beans (Chopped)
20 Gram Carrot (Chopped)
50 Gram Cabbage (Chopped)
2 Gram Green Chilli (Chopped)
10 Gram Garlic(Chopped)
5 Gram Ginger (Chopped)
10 Gram Onion (Chopped)
15 Gram Capsicum (Dice)
1/2 TBSP Crushed Black Pepper
10 Gram Spring Onion (Chopped)
10 Gram Cornflour
30 Gram Refined Flour
- Water As Required
- Salt To Taste

Method


  1. In a mixing bowl add chopped beans,carrot,cabbage.green chilli,refined flour,salt & pepper,mix well.
  2. Sprinkle some water and make balls.Heat refined oil in a wok and deep fry the mixed  vegetable dumpling.
  3. In an another wok heat a Tsp of  Oil add chopped garlic, ginger,green  chili & saute  for 30 seconds.
  4. Then add onion,capsicum and saute if for a minute. Add Del Monte Green Chilli Sauce,Tomato Ketchup, Soya Sauce ,mixed veg dumpling,correct the seasoning.Toss it  on high flame.Lastly add in the Del Monte Vinegar and stir well.
  5. Add required amount of water.Check the consistency if it is thin add corn starch water to balance the gravy.
  6. Garnish it  with chopped spring onion.

Chef's Tips:  Toss the vegetables on high flame to get smoky flavour.

Variations:  You can use DelMonte Whole corn kernel as well,in case of extra spicy flavour requirement use of Del Monte Schezwan Sauce can be done
