Tantalize your tastebuds with this scrumptious mushroom ravioli with Del Monte Mint Mayo. Loaded with fresh veggies in a cheesy mixed sauce, this ravioli dish makes for a delicious lunch.


15 button mushrooms chopped
1 cup broccoli chopped
1/2 red bell pepper julienne
2 tomatoes finely chopped
8 garlic pods minced
2 tablespoon tandoori mayo
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt To Taste
2 tablespoon oil


  1. Boil the broccoli separately, drain and keep it aside. Heat a kadai/wok and add oil. After oil get heated, add onion and fry till it turns pinkish.
  2. Add minced garlic and mix.  After raw smell of garlic goes away, add tomato and fry till it turns mushy.
  3. Add red bell pepper and saute. Add chopped mushroom, mix and close the lid of kadai.
  4. After 10-12 minutes, the mushrooms will get cooked. Mix boiled broccoli into this and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add garam masala and mix well.
  6. Add soya sauce and mayo and mix well. Finally check the taste and add salt.  Serve with white rice or chapatis.
