The Mysore Bread Uttapam by Del Monte is here to make your breakfasts healthy and tasty. It is the most filling snack you can try out this summer.


5 Left Over Bread
25 Gram Cabbage (Julien)
25 Gram Carrot (Grated)
15 Gram Green Capsicum( Chopped)
20 Gram Onion (Chopped)
2-3 Gram Green Chilli Chopped
1 TBSP Coriander Leaves
20 Gram Semolina (Rava)
40 Ml Curd
2 TBSP Del Monte Tandoori Mayonnaise
- Del Monte Snacks Dressing
- Del Monte Pomace Olive Oil
- Water To Mix
- Salt & Pepper To Taste


  1. Crumble the bread slices after cutting the sides in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add Rava, curd and required amount of water.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend it to a smooth batter.
  4. Transfer it into a mixing bowl add onion, carrot, cabbage, green chilli, coriander leaves, Tandoori Mayonnaise Correct the seasoning, mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and spread the batter slightly thick. Cook it on a low flame till it gets golden.
  6. Flip the uttapam to the other side and cook.
  7. Seve it with Del Monte Snacks Dressing.

Chef Tips: You can add rice flour to get crispy and crunchy uttapam.

Variation: You can use gram flour instead of bread.
