Make this delicious olive cheese bread with Del Monte black olives, a loaf of baguette, Del Monte eggless mayo, onion powder, white pepper, provolone cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Serve as a side with any pasta dish.


1 loaf French Bread
25 Del monte Pimento
25 Del monte Black Olives Stuffed
2 TBSP Butter
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
100 g provolone cheese
60 g Mozzarella cheese


  1. Cut the french loaf into two slices lengthwise and butter both the slices with one tablespoon each.
  2. Slice both the types of olives and keep it aside.
  3. Slice the provolone cheese thinly, arrange these cheese slices on both the breads, add ¼ th the quantity of mixed olives and sprinkle white pepper powder.
  4. To the grated mozzarella mix mayonnaise and onion powder, and spoon it over sliced provolone cheese.
  5. Finally top it with remaining mixed olive slices and toast in an OTG for 6-7 minutes at 220C.
