Pineapple Slush

Make this refreshing summertime treat Pineapple slush with Del Monte pineapple tidbits, coconut milk, sugar, water, and ice cubes. Children and adults will enjoy this refreshing treat alike.


300 grams Pineapple Tidbits
500 milliliters Coconut Milk
75 grams Sugar
4 tablespoon Water
20 Ice Cubes


  1. Microwave sugar and water for 30 seconds, stir and cool.
  2. Blend pineapple tidbits, sugar syrups and coconut milk together in an electric blender and chill.
  3. Add a handful of crushed ice in a serving glass and pour in chilled pineapple slush.
  4. Fix some pineapple pieces on the rim and garnish with mint.
