MEXICAN GRILLED CORN WITH DELMONTE EGGLESS MAYONNAISE

Make this delicious corn on the cobs with eggless mayonnaise. Prepare this Mexican corn dish with corns, paprika, butter, Del Monte Eggless Mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, coriander leaves, and a lime wedge.

4 Corn On Cobs
3 TBSP butter
1 TBSP Paprika Powder
4-5 TBSP DelMonte Eggless Mayonnaise
4 Lime Wedges
1 TBSP Grated Parmesan
- Few Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Method


  1. Pull the husk on the corn and tie them back.
  2. Rub butter generously on all the cobs.
  3. Next spread DelMonte Eggless mayonnaise on all sides of the corn.
  4. Sprinkle paprika powder evenly over the cob.
  5. Now grill the corn in oven or a charcoal grill turning occasionally until corn is fully cooked and lightly charged.
  6. Remove corn from the grill; rub fresh lime over the corn. Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves. Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve immediately.
