One Pan Asian Tofu Penne
One of the best meat-free pasta recipes you can whip up everything in 30 minutes! Simple, humble pasta dish, packed with flavour!

cup Del Monte Penne Rigate |

tbsp Del Monte Extra virgin Olive Oil |

cup diced and drained Tofu |
| 1 |
tbsp Dark Soy Sauce |

tbsp Oyster Sauce |

tbsp Chilli Sauce |
| 1/2 tsp |

tsp crushed Black Pepper |

Chopped Spring Onion and toasted Sesame Seeds, for garnish |
Method
- Cook Del Monte Penne Rigate in a pan of boiling water for 8 minutes.
- In a saucepan, add the olive oil, tofu, salt and crushed black pepper and pan fry for 5 minutes till each side of the tofu cubes turns golden brown. Add the dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and chilli sauce and cook for further 2 minutes.
- Add ½ cup water and the cooked penne and cook for another 2 minutes till all of the penne has been coated with the cooking sauce.
- Serve and garnish with chopped spring onion and toasted sesame seeds.
