Paneer Frankie with Tandoori Mayo

QUANTITY INGREDIENT
200 gm paneer
3 parathas
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup onions, sliced
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Coriander Leaves
- lime
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp cumin powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Del Monte Tandoori Mayo

Method

 
  1. Cut the paneer into bite sized cubes. 
  2. Mix the ginger garlic paste, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, pepper along with Del Monte Tandoori Mayo. 
  3. To that, add the paneer cubes and sliced veggies and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and toss in the marinated paneer and veggies, cook for 5-10 mins. 
  5. To assemble, heat up the parathas until slightly crispy, add the cooked paneer and veggies, sprinkle some chopped coriander and roll.
