RAINBOW FRUIT PARFAIT

Make this delicious fruit fiesta with Del Monte Fruit Fiesta, nuts, heavy cream, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and honey. This fruit parfait can be had as a breakfast or snack.

QUANTITY INGREDIENT
307 Gram Fruit Festa (Drained)
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Lemon Zest
1/2 TBSP Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Honey

Method

  1.  In a bowl add fruit cocktail and chopped nuts. Mix well and set aside.
  2.  In another bowl, add heavy cream. Whip to soft peaks. Add the zest of 1 lemon, vanilla extract and honey. Fold them into the whipped cream. Refrigerate for two hours.
  3.  To assemble the fruit parfait, add two tablespoons fruit mixture, top with 3-4 tablespoons of cream, another layer of fruit mixture and more cream. Repeat for all the glasses. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 6-8 hours before serving.
