Make this delicious spinach, walnut, and carrot pasta salad with Del Monte spirali pasta, Del Monte extra-virgin olive oil, spinach, grated carrots, toasted walnuts, and parmesan cheese.

QUANTITY INGREDIENT
50 grams Del Monte Spirali pasta
1 TBSP Del Monte Extra virgin olive oil
1 cup Spinach
1 thinly sliced carrots
5 grams chopped toasted walnuts
15 gram cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the Spirali pasta, and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the carrot, walnuts, spinach and cheese. Mix well. Drizzle a spoon of extra virgin olive oil and mix well.
