TANDOORI PANEER WRAP
Make this scrumptious Tandoori Paneer Wrap with Del Monte Tandoori Mayo, paneer, onion, red bell pepper, lettuce leaves, spices, and tortilla wrap. Enjoy this paneer wrap with a side fresh tomato salsa and Del Monte Eggless Mayo.

Method
- To begin with Paneer Tikka Wraps, firstly cut paneer into long thin strips.
- Marinate the paneer, and bell pepper in Del Monte Tandoori Mayo for 10 - 15 minutes or if you can, leave it marinated overnight in the fridge.
- On a flat griddle pan, heat ghee and when it's hot, add all the marinated paneer pieces and bell pepper. Toss them on high flame till cooked and keep it aside.
- The next step is to assemble the wrap. Place the tortilla on a plate and apply mayonnaise on it. Then arrange the salad leaves at the centre of the tortilla & place about a tablespoon or two of the stuffing over the salad leaves.
- Sprinkle onion over it. Roll the wrap tightly. Cut lengthwise into two equal halves. Pack for the school lunchbox with ketchup on the side.
