Thousand Island Chicken Burrito Wraps

QUANTITY INGREDIENT
2 tortilla wraps
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
½ cup cooked rice
½ cup canned beans
1/2 cup lettuce
½ cup diced tomato
1/2 Cup Corn
1/2 cup chopped coriander
½ cup Del Monte Thousand Island Dressing

Method

  1. Shred cooked chicken and mix it with Del Monte Thousand Island Dressing. 
  2. Heat and grease a large skillet or griddle pan over medium heat. 
  3. To make the burritos, begin by spreading the middle of the tortilla with grated cheese about 1 ½ inches in from the edge. 
  4. Once cheese is melted, take it off the heat. 
  5.  Then layer the chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, tomato and corn horizontally on top of the cheese. 
  6. Roll the burrito making sure all the sides are tucked in.
