Method
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until all of the sugar has dissolved. Add the eggs, one at a time, and vanilla extract until incorporated well. Add milk and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt and slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, a little at a time, until incorporated without forming lumps.
- Spoon the batter into the waffle maker until each hole is completely filled. Cook until the outside is perfectly crisp. Let it cool a little and then cut it into triangles.
- Dip the waffle triangles into a bowl containing Del Monte Chocolate Syrup and add sprinkles for garnishing. Drizzle some more chocolate syrup for added indulgence.
