Rainbow Pasta Salad
If you thought usual salads are colourful, you certainly didn’t see this one coming! All you need is Del Monte Spirali Pasta and a rainbow of ingredients to steal the show with this simple yet delectable dish!
|10-12||Cherry Tomatoes (Cut Into Half)|
|10-12||Del Monte Black Olives (Sliced)|
|1/4||cup Mozzarella Cheese Cubes|
|1/4||cup Red Bell Pepper (Cubed)|
|1/4||cup Onion (Sliced)|
|1||cup Lettuce (Torn Into Small Pieces)|
|3||TBSP Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|2||TBSP Red Wine Vinegar|
|1||TBSP Dried Basil|
|1||TBSP Dried Thyme|
|1/2||TBSP Freshly Cracked Black Pepper|
|-||Salt To Taste|
|300||Grams Del Monte Spirali Pasta|
- In a pan, bring water to a boil then add salt and a generous helping of Del Monte Spirali Pasta to it. Once it is cooked, drain the water and keep the pasta aside.
- Add the remaining salad ingredients to the pasta and toss together.
- Now all that’s left to make is the dressing. In a separate bowl, add the Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil, red wine vinegar, dried basil, dried thyme, freshly cracked black pepper and salt for dressing and mix well.
- Pour the dressing all over the pasta and toss it to combine.
Voilà! Your scrumptious rainbow salad is ready to eat!
