- Start with the marinade. Whisk schezwan sauce, chopped garlic, olive oil and lemon juice together till the flavours are nicely blended.
- Time for the main ingredient! Add the Del Monte Olives to the marinade and mix well to coat them evenly.
- The olives will need to stay in the fridge for at least an hour, after which they will be ready to serve!
- Just before serving, garnish the olives with chopped spring onion greens.
An easy way to make sure the olives absorb the flavours better is by preparing the dish a day or two in advance and storing it in the fridge.
