Sicilian Pasta Salad
Add some fun to your regular salad with fresh Del Monte Rigate Pasta. Easy-to-make and filling, it’ll refresh your taste buds the Italian way.
|300 g||Del Monte Penne Rigate Pasta|
|1/4 cup||Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|2 tbsp||Balsamic Vinegar|
|1 cup||Purple Cabbage (Shredded)|
|1/2 cup||Cherry Tomato (Halved)|
|1/4 cup||Ricotta Cheese (Crumbled)|
|some||salt to taste|
|1/2 tsp||Freshly Cracked Black Pepper|
- Start with the star of the dish. Cook the Del Monte Penne Rigate Pasta as per the pack instructions. Make sure to keep a check so that the pasta does not stick to the base.
- After the pasta is boiled, drain and transfer the pasta to a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss well to mix the flavours to perfection. Serve immediately.
