Sicilian Pasta Salad
Add some fun to your regular salad with fresh Del Monte Rigate Pasta. Easy-to-make and filling, it’ll refresh your taste buds the Italian way.
Ingredients
300 g | Del Monte Penne Rigate Pasta |
1/4 cup | Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
2 tbsp | Balsamic Vinegar |
1 cup | Purple Cabbage (Shredded) |
1/2 cup | Cherry Tomato (Halved) |
1/4 cup | Ricotta Cheese (Crumbled) |
some | salt to taste |
1/2 tsp | Freshly Cracked Black Pepper |
Method
- Start with the star of the dish. Cook the Del Monte Penne Rigate Pasta as per the pack instructions. Make sure to keep a check so that the pasta does not stick to the base.
- After the pasta is boiled, drain and transfer the pasta to a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss well to mix the flavours to perfection. Serve immediately.
