A fresh and vibrant veggie burrito bowl packed with rice, beans, bell peppers, tomatoes, and topped with Del Monte South West Chipotle Dressing. Perfect for a quick, healthy meal!

Ingredients

1 cup cooked rice
½ cup canned beans
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup Del Monte South West Chipotle Dressing
½ cup halved red cherry tomatoes
½ cup chopped lettuce
2-3 lemon wedges

Method
