Spaghetti Bowl

Make this delicious bowl of spaghetti with Del Monte Spaghetti Pasta and Del Monte Pizza Pasta Sauce. Filled with healthy vegetables and chicken, this is a perfect bowl to cook for your family.

Ingredients

1 TBSP cooking oil
1 TBSP garlic chopped
1 TBSP green chilli chopped
1 TBSP ginger chopped
1/4 cup carrot (juilenne)
1/4 cup red and green cabbage (shredded)
1/4 cup capsicum (juillene)
2 TBSP any sprouts (optional)
1/2 cup boiled chicken breast (shredded)
2 TBSP del monte pizza pasta sauce
1 TBSP del monte tomato ketchup
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TBSP fresh corriander chopped
1/2 TBSP crushed black pepper
1/2 TBSP red chilli flakes (optional)
1/2 TBSP roasted peanuts (crushed)
1 cup del monte spaghetti pasta (boiled)
- water as required
- Salt To Taste
- boiled eggs

Method

  1. In a pan heat oil, add chopped garlic, ginger, chilli & saute on high flame for 5 - 8 seconds.
  2. Add Pizza Pasta Sauce to it and saute it on low flame. Add 2 cups of water and Tomato Ketchup to it. Mix it well.
  3. Add vegetable juliennes, sprouts, shredded chicken, boiled spaghetti to it.
  4. Add lemon juice & mix it.
  5. Garnish with boiled egg quarters, red chilli flakes, crushed peanuts & chopped coriander.

Chef s Tip: You can use noodles in place of spaghetti and call it Ramen Bowl.

Variations: You can use shellfish and other vegetables as well in this bowl.
