Make this classic Spaghetti dish with a quick cheesy sauce using Del Monte Cheesy Dip. You can add bell peppers, peas, chili flakes, black pepper, and fresh Italian herbs. Serve this pasta with a slice of sourdough bread.


250 grams Del Monte Spaghetti pasta (half packet)
5-6 tablespoon Del Monte cheesy Dip (or as required)
1/2 cup chopped red or yellow colored capsicum
1 small onion chopped
1/4 cup green peas blanched
- Salt To Taste
2 tablespoon Del Monte olive oil
(optional) Chilli flakes and fresh herbs for garnish


  1. To begin making Spaghetti with Del Monte cheesy Dip first cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
  2. Drain and keep aside.
  3. Reserve a small ladleful of the pasta water to add if required.
  4. In a pan heat the oil. Add the onion and sauté till translucent. Add the capsicum and peas and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle little salt and stir. Add the Del Monte Cheesy dip. Mix and add some of the reserved pasta water to make a thick sauce.
  6. Toss in the cooked spaghetti.
  7. Stir so that the sauce coats the pasta.
  8. Take it off the heat, garnish with red chilli flakes, fresh herbs (if using) Serve hot.
