Spicy fennel & orange marinated olives 

Confused about what to have for breakfast? Try out this recipe for spicy fennel, orange and garlic marinated olives. Made with tangy Del Monte Green Pitted Olives marinated in flavourful ingredients, this dish is a scrumptious as well as healthy way to start the day!


1 Orange peel (thinly sliced)
1 cup Del Monte Green Pitted Olives (Washed)
2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
2 TBSP Fennel Seeds/ Saunf
1 TBSP Mustard Seeds /Rai
1/4 cup Olive Oil


  1. Warm up some oil in a skillet or pan and add fennel and mustard seeds. Wait till you hear them crackle.
  2. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté till golden.
  3. Now for the star of the dish! Add the washed Del Monte Green Olives and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add orange peel slices to the prepared olives for that citrusy punch and transfer the mix in a jar. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.

Grab a spoon and dig in!
