Make this scrumptious Tandoori Paneer Wrap with Del Monte Tandoori Mayo, paneer, onion, red bell pepper, lettuce leaves, spices, and tortilla wrap. Enjoy this paneer wrap with a side fresh tomato salsa and Del Monte Eggless Mayo.


100 Gram paneer cut into equal size fingers
1/4 cup onion juliennes
1/4 cup red bell pepper julienned
2-3 lettuce leaves
- Salt To Taste
1/4 Cup Del Monte Tandoori Mayo
1 large tortilla
4 TBSP Del Monte Eggless Mayo


  1. To begin with Paneer Tikka Wraps, firstly cut paneer into long thin strips.
  2. Marinate the paneer, and bell pepper in Del Monte Tandoori Mayo for 10 - 15 minutes or if you can, leave it marinated overnight in the fridge.
  3. On a flat griddle pan, heat ghee and when it's hot, add all the marinated paneer pieces and bell pepper. Toss them on high flame till cooked and keep it aside.
  4. The next step is to assemble the wrap. Place the tortilla on a plate and apply mayonnaise on it. Then arrange the salad leaves at the centre of the tortilla & place about a tablespoon or two of the stuffing over the salad leaves.
  5. Sprinkle onion over it. Roll the wrap tightly. Cut lengthwise into two equal halves. Pack for the school lunchbox with ketchup on the side.
