Tomato & Olive Salsa 

Give the regular salsa a miss for this tomato and olive one. Made with tangy Del Monte olives and juicy tomatoes, it’s both healthy and yummy and tastes super good with some crispy chips! It’s perfect to whip up for those house parties.

Ingredients

1 cup Del Monte Pitted Green Olives
1 ripe tomato (deseeded & chopped)
1 red chilli (finely chopped)
1 tbsp chopped coriander
4 tbsp Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
some salt to taste

Method


  1. Chop the Del Monte Pitted Green Olives evenly.  

  2. In a bowl combine chopped olives, tomato, red chili, and coriander.  

  3. Add olive oil and salt. Now all you have to do is mix everything well.

  4. Let the salsa sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Just serve some crunchy nachos with your homemade salsa and get the party started!
