Make this delicious breakfast dish, Veg Tortilla with tortilla, bell peppers, baby corn, tomatoes, onion, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, red chili flakes, rosemary leaves, and Del Monte mint mayo.


2 tortilla
1 cup Delmonte Mint Mayo
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium sized tomato, de-seeded and chopped into pieces
1 medium sized onion
1/2 red bell pepper Julienned
1/2 green bell pepper Julienned
1/2 yellow bell pepper Julienned
6 baby corn Julienned
10 basil leaves
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon red chili flakes
- A twig of rosmary for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 200 C.
  2. Line the baking tray with aluminum foil and place the tortilla on it.
  3. Spread 4 tablespoon of Delmonte Mint Mayo over the tortilla.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoon of cheese all over.
  5. Now top this with the vegetables.
  6. First arrange the slit baby corn equidistant from one another in a circle.
  7. Then spread chopped     tomato, onion    julienned and chopped bell pepper all over.
  8. Top this with few basil    leaves julienned.
  9. Now spread a generous amount of cheese all over.
  10. Bake this pizza for 10 minutes at 200 C or until the edges appear brownish and crispy. Garnish with rosemary twig, Italian seasoning or oregano and red chili flakes
