Make the desi style Au Gratin with leftover mixed vegetables, bell peppers, mozzarella, whipped cream, butter, Italian seasoning, and Del Monte eggless mayonnaise.


150 Gram Mixed Vegetable (Left Over)
2 TBSP Del Monte Eggless Mayonnaise
70 Gram Grated Mozzarella
2 TBSP Whipped Cream
10 Gram Onion (Diced)
10 Gram Green Capsicum Chopped
3 Gram Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
2 Gram Italian Seasoning
2 TBSP Cooking Oil
2 TBSP Butter
- Salt To Taste


  1. In a bowl add Del Monte Eggless Mayonnaise, whipped cream, half of the grated mozzarella cheese & mix it till cheese dissolves completely.
  2. Wash Mixed vegetable sabji 2-3 times to remove the excess sauce from the gravy.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add diced onion, diced capsicum toss it for 2-3 minutes, Then add leftover sabji, correct the seasoning.
  4. Combine the vegetables & sauce, mix well. Pour into an ovenproof bowl, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 10-12 minutes at 180-200 degree C, or until the cheese melts garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, serve hot.

Chef's Tips: Add more cheese to give a nice taste.

Variation: You can use sliced potatoes instead of Mix vegetable.
