paneer cubes
Method
- In a bowl, mash together rice, paneer, and beetroot.
- Add in crushed peanuts, garlic powder, ginger, jeera powder, green chili, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.
- Made round shapes and keep aside.
- Heat a pan and drizzle oil for pan frying.
- Pan-fry the cutlets on medium flame.
- Garnish and serve with Del Monte Honey Mustard Dressing.
