Chili Mushroom Fried Rice
This vibrant Chili Mushroom Fried Rice is a flavorful dish, featuring stir-fried mushrooms and rice with a tangy kick from Del Monte's sauces. It's quick to make, packed with savory flavors, and a perfect way to use up leftover rice!

Onion, medium, finely chopped
Del Monte Extra Light Olive Oil
TBSP Del Monte Brewed Vinegar
Del Monte Red Chili Sauce
Del Monte Tomato Ketchup
Del Monte Soy Style Sauce

Salt as per taste
- Heat the oil in a wok. Add chopped onion, garlic and chilli flakes and stir-fry for two minutes.
- Add sliced mushrooms and stir-fry over high heat for two minutes.
- Add Del Monte Red Chilli Sauce, Del Monte Brewed Vinegar, Del Monte Tomato Ketchup and Del Monte Soy Style Sauce. Mix well until well coated.
- Add the rice and spring onion greens. Stir-fry over high heat for three minutes.
- Serve warm
