Deviled Eggs with Tandoori Mayo & Olives 

Deviled Eggs aka Russian Eggs or Dressed Eggs is a popular snack originated in Italy. Hard boiled eggs, that are cut into half, shelled and filled with a paste made from the egg yolks mixed with other ingredients such as mayonnaise is a great snack or appetizer option for your holiday picnics or dinner parties.

Hard Boiled Eggs

TBSP Del Monte Tandoori Mayo

1 tbsp

Freshly Crushed Black Pepper

Sliced Black Olives

sprig Coriander for garnish

Method
  1. Hard boil the eggs and cool.
  2. Peel off the shell and cut the eggs into half.
  3. Scoop the yolks and collect in a bowl.
  4. Break the yolks with a fork and add tandoori mayo and black pepper, mix well to make a fine paste.
  5. Take a piping bag and fill the yolk paste in it and set aside.
  6. Arrange the egg white shells on a plate and pipe/fill with yolk paste.
  7. Place few sliced black olives on top and garnish with fresh coriander and serve cold.
