LEFT OVER SABZI KA PARANTHA
Make this quick and delicious Parantha recipe with leftover sabzi, whole-wheat dough, green chilli, coriander leaves, and onions. Serve with a side of Del Monte ketchup.
Cup Leftover Sabzi
Onion Chopped
Green Chillies Chopped
TBSP Coriander Leaves
TBSP Red Chilli Powder
TBSP Butter
Delmonte Ketchup
As Required Wheat Flour Dough
As Required Oil For Shallow Frying
Salt To Taste
- Take the leftover sabzi & add chopped onions, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt and red chilli. Mix and keep it aside.
- Take a one wheat flour dough ball then flat in your hand pour sabzi mixture and seal carefully.
- Then roll it with a rolling pin.
- Take a Tawa and let heat and then fry parathas and apply oil from both sides.
- Then paratha is ready to serve with Ketchup.
