Moong Dal Waffle with Tandoori Mayo
Our beloved moong dal gets a French makeover—these moong dal waffles are light, protein-packed, and infused with aromatic spices. Drizzled with creamy Del Monte Tandoori Mayo, they make for a deliciously healthy and flavorful treat!
yellow moong dal
Cup Sweet Corn
spinach leaves
roasted cumin powder
green chili
pc ginger
Salt To Taste
Pepper to taste
- Soak moong dal for 4 hours.
- Blend the batter finely.
- Allow the batter to sit for 15 minutes
- Grease the waffle maker with olive oil and pour a spoon full of batter. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes or till they are brown and crispy.
- Drizzle Del Monte Tandoori Mayo and serve hot.
