Moong Dal Waffle with Tandoori Mayo

Our beloved moong dal gets a French makeover—these moong dal waffles are light, protein-packed, and infused with aromatic spices. Drizzled with creamy Del Monte Tandoori Mayo, they make for a deliciously healthy and flavorful treat!

Ingredients
½ cup

yellow moong dal

1/4

Cup Sweet Corn

¼ cup

spinach leaves

1 tsp

roasted cumin powder

1

green chili

1 inch

pc ginger

-

Salt To Taste

-

Pepper to taste

Method
 
  1.  Soak moong dal for 4 hours. 
  2. Blend the batter finely.  
  3. Allow the batter to sit for 15 minutes
  4. Grease the waffle maker with olive oil and pour a spoon full of batter. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes or till they are brown and crispy. 
  5. Drizzle Del Monte Tandoori Mayo and serve hot.
