Pineapple Cheesecake
This decadent dessert for any special occasion has a blend of dense cream cheese with juicy notes of Del Monte Pineapples. Try out the no-bake and incredibly easy-to-make recipe.
Crust - digestive biscuits
tbsp soft butter
Pineapple puree
cup Delmonte pineapple tidbits
Cup Sugar
cup Pineapple water from tin
Pineapple cheesecake Mixture
cup Whipped cream
cup Cream cheese
cup Pineapple puree
- Finely crush digestive biscuits and mix soft butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the cup and refrigerate for a half hour
- In a nonstick pan, Heat the pineapple tidbit with sugar and pineapple water for 3-4 minutes and puree it in a mixer once slightly cool.
- For the cheesecake mixture, Whip cream till soft peaks and fold in the cream cheese and pineapple puree. Mix well.
- Place this pineapple cheesecake mixture into the cup from step 2 and top the remaining with pineapple puree.
- Garnish with pineapple tidbits and mint.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
