A delicious mix of tender chicken, crunchy veggies, and creamy cheese, all brought together by the bold flavors of Del Monte Schezwan Sauce and Del Monte Eggless Mayo. Perfect for a quick, satisfying snack or lunch!

- In a mixing bowl add chicken, onions, capsicum, spring onion greens, Del Monte Schezwan Sauce, Del Monte Eggless Mayo, cheese, salt, and pepper and mix very well. Set it aside.
- Take a slice of bread. Smear Del Monte Sandwich Spread on top.
- Take 2 spoonfuls of the chicken mixture and spread it evenly. Top another slice of bread.
- Heat olive oil in a tawa and toast both sides very nicely.
- Serve hot.
