FRUIT COCKTAIL PANNA COTTA

Enjoy a cooling sweet treat with this Fruit Cocktail Panna Cotta. Simply mix Del Monte fruit fiesta with gelatin, milk, sugar, heavy cream, and refrigerate overnight to set.

Ingredients

cup milk

tsp powdered gelatine

1/2

cup castor sugar

1 1/2

cup heavy cream

1

can DelMonte Fruit Fiesta drained

Method
  1. Pour the milk in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatine on it evenly and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Bring the saucepan over low heat and let the gelatine dissolve. Do not boil the mixture.
  3. Once the gelatine has dissolved, add the sugar and let that melt as well. Bring the mixture off heat and mix in the cream.
  4. Lightly grease a glass bowl/ ramekins. Spread the fruit fiesta in an even layer.
  5. ​​​​​​​Pour the cream mixture over it and let it set in the fridge overnight.
