Crunchy Taco Cups 

Crispy Taco Cups filled with beans, corn and veggies in mayonnaise is a great snack option for your tea parties and is also a DIY snack for kids.

Ingredients
4 tbsp

Delmonte Corn Kernels

4-5 tbsp

Delmonte Eggless Mayonnaise

Taco Shells

4 tbsp

Canned Bean

1 Cup

Finely Chopped Vegetables ((Onion, Tomato, Bell pepper, Jalapeno)

To brush

Oil

To Taste

Salt & Pepper

1 tbsp

Chopped Fresh Coriander

Method
  1. Brush a muffin tray with oil and line Taco Shells to make cups.
  2. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180° C for 10-12 minutes or till it's golden and crisp and set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl add chopped vegetables, beans, corns ,mayonnaise and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper as needed and mix again.
  5. Take a crunchy taco cup and add the mayo vegetable mix generously.
  6. Sprinkle some chopped green coriander and serve.
